Returns

1.You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

2.To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused and in the same condition as when you received them

In the original packaging

Personalized or custom-made items are non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.

 


 

Return Process

1. Email us at info@petdaddy.com.au with your order number and reason for return.

2. Once approved, we’ll provide return instructions and a return address.

3.You are responsible for the return shipping cost (unless the item arrived damaged or defective).

 


 

Refunds

1.Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

2.If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.

3.Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

 


 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Late or Missing Refunds
